Main Operations
The main operation of the company is cleaning and maintenance for government facilities. From basic operations such as regular cleaning up, mopping the floor to larger scale operations like cleaning the building's exterior, polishing and waxing of marble floor. Also waste managments and transportation.
The regular activities in a facility is daily cleaning of area(all floors, lobby, basement, roof and parking lot) includng mopping, picking up litters and, if the facility has it, maintenance of the plants and gardens
Examples of the regular work details

Seepage damage, very common in Taipei City where it is raining most of the time and have high humidity due to low ground level.
Equipment used: Multi-direction mop(the head) + Scouring pads + adjustable pole
Operation method: The multi-direction mop head can stick close to the wall surface, together with the adjustable pole it can reach 360 dregrees for maxium efficency while using minimum energy. The scouring pads can be changed depending on the material of the wall.

Corrosion caused by urine is what will happen to urinals after some time.
Equipment used: Fixed-direction handle(short) + Scouring pads
Operation method: Using the fixed-directon handle is not only hygienic but also efficent as the handle makes it easier to apply force.

What will happen after applying superglue to a surface.
Equipment used: Glue removing chemicals + small scraper(yellow)
Operation method: Apply the chemicals on the area that needs cleaning and wait for a few seconds, then use the small scraper in a 45 degree angle to scrape off the remaints of glue on the wall. This method can avoid damaging the surface of wall

Caused by the dust and sands brought in by shoes from outside, contact with the marbal surface creates friction which will damage the surface.
Equipment used: Electrostatic oil + Electrostatic mop + pole
Operation method: The static electricity created by the electrostatic mop could pickup dust, sand, hair and other small wastes, can be cleaned later.

Stainless steel surface corroded by oxidation
Equipment used: Stainless Steel Cleaner + Glass Cleaner + Stainless steel oil + Glass Scraper
Operation method: 1) Matte surface stainless steel uses Stainless Steel oil, can apply directly. 2) Glossy surface stainless steel have gone though Plating so Stainless steel oil is not needed, wash with Glass Cleaner and clean with Glass Scraper.

Dust and other particals in air caused glass surface damage.
Equipment used: Glass cleaner + soft wiper + scraper
Operation method: Apply dilluted Glass Cleaner using soft wiper, then clean with scraper.

Wall surface or ceiling that are rarely touched will acculmate dust and spiderwebs.
Equipment used: Clip + adjustable pole
Operation method: Use clip to hold cloth or other cleaning materials and adjust the length of the pole to clean the high wall or ceiling.

Resin Wax is an organic material and will start to change after some time.
Equipment used: Wax removers + Waxing machine + attachable multi-directional handle for the machine + Suction machine + Wiper blade
Operation method: Apply wax removers evenly on the surface, wait for the old resin wax to melt completly, then use the waxing machine to clean the floor in high speed, use suction machine to remove the waste water, then finally use wiper blade together with plain water to complete the operation.
